Due to a major logistical malfunction at our carrier Fedex (TNT), the delivery of spare parts orders has been delayed. It is currently unclear how long it will take for the fault to be completely resolved. Fedex (TNT) tries to get all shipments to their destination as soon as possible. The delivery of your order will be delayed. It is not clear to us how long the delay will last or when your shipment will be delivered. The shipments have not been lost or returned to us, they will definitely arrive at you.
We can offer alternative solutions within Broshuis. However, we are not able to run all deliveries through another carrier. We ask for your understanding for the situation that has arisen. If you are looking for an alternative solution for your delivery, please let us know via aftersales@broshuis.com. We will try to help you as best we can.
